Purchases; Other Terms and Conditions
All sales are final. A sale is confirmed immediately when you register and payment information is submitted. You will have no right to cancel your contract once the sale commences.

Pool Dues are due on the first of each month. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the dues arrive on the 2nd of the month or later they are considered late and are subjected to a $5 late fee. This does not mean that you cannot turn your dues in early. The earlier the better. Holidays and weekends that fall on the first are no excuse! We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards as methods of payment for purchasing songs from the Website.

Please note:
• Credit and debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.
• If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will not be able to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment card.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services and to specific portions or features of the Site, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of OKLAHOMA without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
